I have sent all my paperwork in regards to my home purchase to the Revdex.comThe asking price for my home was $I was charged $I did put money down along with my lease credits which I didn't receive all my lease credits eitherI had no choice but to purchase the home or my two children and I would have no where to liveI was lied to by [redacted] about several things regarding my home purchaseAs far as my neighbors I have had to call the police twice since my original complaintOnce on Tuesday May 12,due to screaming and loud noise around midnight that nightAgain on a Thursday May 21,because at 9:20pm their dog starting barking and continued to bark until 9:44pmMy home has been checked again on May 22, for leaks and I have no leaksIt was checked by an insurance adjuster because my foundation has collapsed under my home due to my lot being constantly wetThe house on the corner of [redacted] Ct and [redacted] Blvd repeatedly has had water pipes burstThe water flows from their home all the way down to my lot causing a stream of water through my drivewayI have approximately $worth of damage to my home as well as constant high water bills due to this problemI rent the lot and I feel that any repairs not caused by me should be the responsibility of the park as well as major maintenance as erosion from these water problems

I did put money down along with my lease credits which I didn't receive all my lease credits either. I had no choice but to purchase the home or my two children and I would have no where to live. I was lied to by [redacted] about several things regarding my home purchase. As far as my neighbors I have had to call the police twice since my original complaint. This consumer did notunderstand the home purchase that was done with no money out of her pocket, the downpayment was using the lease credits that she accumulated over the months thatshe leased her home. transactions andall in compliance, we would be happy to forward the papers for review uponrequest. If the neighbors are causing a disturbance and the police haveresponded and this behavior continues the office does have the right to issuecommunity violations, if multiple are received we can begin eviction proceduresfor cause. I will have the community manager address this allegation. I willhave our maintenance person check the water meter for accurate reads to makesure there is not a leak.
