I received this complaint today and cannot find this customer anywhere in our computer system nor do I see a record of any claim payment being made The customer refers to the owner as a woman and says that she was told the insurance company told her not to pay the claim and we do not turn our claims over to insurance as we pay them directly and our owner is male I believe this claim to be for another dry cleaner If this customer could provide the store location she if referring to I'll be happy to look into this complaint further
