Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11906868, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.--1. No offer was made. Mr. [redacted] wrote "...We are not inclined to continue a conversation with Ms. [redacted]"2. The response sent by Mr. [redacted] to the Revdex.com was the same copy and pasted response that he sent to the Wisconsin Department of Consumer Protection. I had already included this response of Mr. [redacted]'s in my original Revdex.com complaint and outlined my comments in red on each point. He did not take the time to address this or even write a new letter. He sites in his response he considers my communication a "pointless letter writing campaign." 3. I have attached my detailed comments to Mr. [redacted]'s response (that was sent to the Department of Consumer Protection and then copy and pasted to Revdex.com) to this email again for your records.

Thank you for your letter of December 3, 2017 in relation to the complaint filed with your office involving Ms. Lauryn [redacted] and Worzalla Publishing Company.             I have reviewed the complaint filed by Ms. [redacted] as...

enclosed with your letter.  We wish to clarify for the record several misstatements and omissions in the materials submitted by Ms. [redacted].             Let me assure you, Worzalla Publishing Company takes seriously the allegations presented by Ms. [redacted] in her complaint and as previously lodged directly with our company.  Our company has been built upon a commitment to service to our customers and a dedication to fixing problems in a reasonable and appropriate manner.  Our actions in this case involving Ms. [redacted] are consistent with that approach.             In short, when Ms. [redacted] contacted us to allege problems with published materials we provided to her, we responded promptly.  We asked Ms. [redacted] to provide us the defective materials back so we could inspect and replace them as needed, with the cost of such return shipping to be paid by Worzalla of course.  This is a remedy standard to our industry when defects do occur.  Ms. [redacted] flatly refused our offered remedies, explaining that this would mean she would not have inventory for a period of time, apparently depriving her of the opportunity to sell the goods.  We explained that we cannot simply hand out refunds while being denied the opportunity to inspect the allegedly defective goods.  Furthermore, we were confused as to why Ms. [redacted] would insist on keeping and selling goods which were apparently so damaged that she required a refund.  A pointless letter writing campaign ensued where Ms. [redacted] refused to be reasonable and permit Worzalla access to the goods and continued to refuse the remedies offered by our company.              We remain willing to assist customers who are reasonable and to offer industry-standard steps to address defects which our company caused.  We are not inclined, however, to continue a conversation with Ms. [redacted] which involves her irrational refusal to permit even our cursory involvement in defining the scope of any defects and assessing appropriate responses from there.             I would be pleased to speak with you about this matter further if you should wish, so please feel free to contact me.  Thank you. Sincerely, WORZALLA PUBLISHING COMPANY Jim [redacted]

Company states that they have responded as best they could in regards to the matter. The company said that if she is willing to send all the products back so they could review them and replace the bad books, they may be able to assist in resolving the issues.
