After reading a few negative reviews about this company, I decided to proceed with cautionI called to request additional information and received a voicemail message that stated to leave a message for a return callI left my information and later the same day I received a phone call from "DrS***." He started by asking if I had called and asked for my dog's name and measurementsI gave the measurements that my vet checked for me that were requested on a form downloaded from their websiteI was asked for a measurement not listed on the form and I responded that this measurement was not on their form and therefore I did not have itHis response was, "well then you didn't get the right form." This is the only form on their websiteHe then asked if I was going to place an orderI then asked if we could discuss details including price firstHe gave me the price and then said, Are you ready to order or not? I have lots of other things to take care ofI could already tell by his demeanor that this was not someone I was going to want to deal with, but that comment sealed the dealBuyer beware
