We were not allowed to fly due to passport [redacted] However, the company had no problem taking our money for baggage that did not fly, and refuses to return that fee Plus, the shear humiliation of being allowed to board the plane and then asked to leave My seven year old was in tears, my year old had her boyfriend on the same flight and was just shocked and dismayed We lost over $because we were able to rebook on a different airline days later, but for a hefty increase in fares WOW airlines refuses to let us speak with someone who can help us, their customer services says their clearing department has authority over refunds, but there is not phone number, only email contacts And every time I send an email, it takes at least days for them to reject my request I'm still waiting for a response from an email sent over a week ago Horrible customer service, and complete crooks by not refunding the money they took from us

Delayed flight caused missed connection resulting in lost hotel , taxi service and overall terrible experience . I have contacted this business over twenty times over course of a year with no resolution. I originally filled out a claim on the day that this occurred and have gone back and forth via email with you over course of a year. You have lost my claim so I am here resubmitting once again . Was charged an extra $for my carry on bag although I had already paid and used a standard bag that is a carry on for every flight I've ever been on

My non-refundable flight was canceled by someone who claimed to be me, using a fake email address that was not attached to the reservation
On May 20th someone called WOW air and gave my name and confirmation number for my flight conf #***Wow canceled the reservation, and confirmed the cancellation by sending an email to an email address the caller gave, that was not attached to the original reservationWow said they were not at fault and would not refund or issue a new flightThey shouldn't have confirmed using an email address not given at the time of bookingWOW requested that I wait for hours for them to provide me the audio of the phone call, and has since refused to provide that audioA criminal report has been filed with the local authorities because it is known who canceled the flight, and we need the audio to press charges against that individualI have been on hold with WOW airlines for a total of hours trying to resolve this issue, and asked for the contact
