I bought a car from Wow Auto deals, the salesman [redacted] ***, explained that we will do a loan application then the finance company will contact me to complete the paperwork, it took me months to finally get my finance contract which was 4% higher than what Mr [redacted] told me the interest rate will be, additionally an issue with the car which Mr [redacted] was fully aware of, and one he promised to resolve as soon as there was diagnosis, which was diagnosed by a reputable auto repair facilityMr [redacted] informed me he is unable to assist me and his front office should be contactedThe issue with the car still persists, I am yet to receive a response from an email and a registered letterStrange as it may seem [redacted] is not listed on my contract, I have not met the person who singed my loan contract as [redacted] ***'s name nor his signature is no where on the contract

Went to buy a car with a cash payment, ended up thinking that's what I did, never received paperwork for my purchase, they kept saying I will get my title and info in the mail and never did. One month later they repoed my car and claimed I didnt make a payment, why am I making a payment for something I already paid you cash for. Needless to say they added additional fees and refuse to tell me why and gave me 10 days to pay them or never get my car back. I'm still waiting for my title only to find out that it was rebuilt. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, you have a better chance of buying a car from a friend or close relative, theses people are scam artist, CROOKS!!!!
