I am sorry that ms *** is having any issues with her vehicle however I have tried and done much for her. when notified of her check engine light issue I had her bring it in immediately gave her a loaner car and affected repairs immediately spending about $in parts and labor. I
was notified of any other issue until nearly months later when she complained to the state I again had her bring the vehicle in and again repaired it and this time went to air care Colorado and got her a passing emissions test. I have now spent over $in parts and labor provided a passing emissi0ns test.. she does have a $drive train limited warranty that covers major component failure for up to $1000, which was provided at no charge. pretty generous for a 140k mile year old $vehicle. I have been quite fair with ms *** and at this time can not provide any other free work. an evap check engine code is not covered and I have gone well past her $warranty allowance. she also said she took her vehicle in to get it emission and it failed and that is simply not true she never took that vehicle into the state for emissions. this is an unfounded and unfair complaint

I am rejecting this response because: The first time I brought my vehicle in to be fixed I did not receive a loaner carWow Automotive did not give me any receipts on what parts were supposably replacedThe Check Engine Light came back on less then one day laterI have not even had this vehicle for months so Mike M*** at WOW Automotive is lyingI never told him that I took the car for emissions testing, I took my vehicle to WOW after contacting the State Mike asked me where the paperwork is from the emissions center I told I him I did not it thereThe State told me that with a check engine light on it is an automatic failWow Automotive has not spent any money towards my warrantyWhat he has done has used my warranty money to get my vehicle to pass emissionsThis is one of the complaints I have Mike M*** claims he spent $1,on my vehicle which came out of my warranty moneyHe does not comprehend in order to sell a car in Colorado the seller has to make sure the car can pass emissions at sellers expense not taken from warranty money or the buyers own pocketHe has broken the law number 42-4-"D", I know first hand this is not the first vehicle he has done this toWhen I picked the vehicle up one day later the check engine light came back on, this tells me that Wow Automotive did not fix my vehicle properly and now Mike M*** of course says he no more responsibility to me

was notified of any other issue until nearly 2 months later when she complained to the state I again had her bring the vehicle in and again repaired it and this time went to air care Colorado and got her a passing emissions test.  I have now spent over $1000 in parts and labor provided a passing emissi0ns test..  she does have a $1000 drive train limited warranty that covers major component failure for up to $1000, which was provided at no charge.  pretty generous for a 140k mile 9 year old $7995 vehicle.   I have been quite fair with ms [redacted] and at this time can not provide any other free work.  an evap check engine code is not covered and I have gone well past her $1000 warranty allowance.  she also said she took her vehicle in to get it emission and it failed and that is simply not true she never took that vehicle into the state for emissions.  this is an unfounded and unfair complaint.
