I am rejecting this response because: What Case is still open? [redacted] is Wow Events Ent. They Were both ran by [redacted]. We Made the contract with [redacted] through **H then after there was some personal issues between him & the building owner he switched it to Wow Events Ent. Im not asking him for the money we spent on the hall. Everything went well BUT I would like my Damage Fee back ($300) & also the pictures & video. I also have msgs from him using his personal problems as an excuse for everything. This is a business & his personal life doesnt need to be thrown in as an excuse to not pay the deposit. He had mentioned that he is waiting to receive payment from some event in order to pay the damage fee ($300). that money shouldnt of been spent in the first place. just how we paid him the money he asked for, I expect him to pay us back the deposit. mind you, he says it takes 2-4 weeks to get that. its been over a month already.

I am rejecting this response because: In 2 Days it will be 90 days after event; have not received check for the damage fee deposit. Will Accept Offer Once Received

Formerly [redacted] was contracted with this client. In leui of many clients and renters who did not keep there promise in making monthly payments cause the OWNER [redacted] to emergency shut down, for several reason he around to my attention, I damage ceiling and roof from the storm of...

late 2016, and also the loss of jobs and poor payments from client.  The [redacted]vent without notice gave myself the manager 30 day notices in April to move and shut down #4 and notify all parties to transfer to Suite #6.  I did. Once again the owner of CWH call all renters without my knowledge of closing down side #6 after I had made first contact and transition and letter to all renters.  The clients event was not paid in time and encroached into the 60 day pay period in which I honored and also told them face to face with mother rand father present that I [redacted] [redacted] will remain to open WOW EVENTS ENT, as a new owner and single operator and maintain the wedding to avoid such disaster. In leui I was able to retrieve a new up and current business license and renew a lease under Property owner as a sole entity. Now I have not been able to balance 20 clients in which all were notified except this client in which I met with 3-4 times in a week (2 Weeks and on last payment).  I treasure them they would get and more what they paid for. Out of compassion and respect I took the challenge to keep the hall open and flush out the last event, when this client Called and deemed they would be late on server payments I honored them, not 1time payments were kept monthly as they should, but I weathered the storm. We had the Reception and Mother and Father specifically said I know it was difficult and this was a mess but thank you for your help.  I completed my job, and the damage fee of 300$ is refundable and all the parties of the 20 cancels are a result in a conflict of interest and also defamatory of my character w/ prior and current building owner. The video and pictures were discussed on many occasions, when ever the husband or wife or parents call or text or email I responded every time. I will post text message and all other once I retain and print AsAp. Furthermore, the Bride and Groom as Well as the Revdex.com, knows and knew if fact the [redacted] was verge and closed down as a struggling business in which the owner pronounced to me. I believe I ran and continue to separate my self from such inflicting image.  I am being looked at as a bad person, but in fact I said every single wedding except (1), in which is this weekend and I exposed and kept logs of this information and in middle of legal actions. Im sorry as I apologize to this couple, I cared as they cried because I never been in a situation as this. The bride contacted me (2) weeks ago via "WOW GROUP" online n which vendors are in and reported to her I am and have not been behind in payments ever, no longer then 2-weeks and in business is 30 day payment. However they spoke to the camera and video man and he precisely gave information to his personal delivery and to hand over, I have not paid the final rate of $400 to the video and photo due to client not recipackage yet. Because once all is finish the Camera and video guy will hand off package and couple will retain the packages first and upon completion Video guy will receive final payment. At no given moment I ever said no return of any damage fee, its 2-4 weeks and some case a while longer. it has been sometime, as all clients past and current has experience a delay due to size of files.  To my understanding the Video man has converse with Husband and both know exactly. 1. Wedding and Reception was final to the end.  2 week notice of situation regarding the CWH was sudden as a final decision the OWNER made. I am not the owner of the building or the [redacted]VENT HALL business license I am the Business owner of WOW Events ENT in which has no contract w/ no wedding as of this client and in all Fairness her frustration is with me working as manager for the CWH, and not with the new business and management of WOW EVENTS ENT. I also contacted my Revdex.com, agent of this change in late August & Early September. She will not retain there 300$ damage fee, until I close out their case, with the Photo & Video, but as when they did not make payments in. accordance with our policy I over looked their hardship but its not that way for me, but I gave my word to return once received from payment sand paid work from former CWH owner, who called them and cause this great grief on myself and 20 other clients.  I have walked with each one, until all events were final. If Client can be upset with the business owner on that CWH license and the Building owner who locked me out for whatever reason that is who these accusations and remarks and defaming my character belongs too. I have serve these people well, and end of event Her Mother stood by their Fathers and said, all that you been through thank you it turned out way better then I expected.
