Review: I brought a rc radio from this company when I got it their was no battery box with it and they sent me the wrong manual I call the company and one of their employees kept hanging the phone up on me. I finally talk to some one who said he would send me the part to the radio. He told me that one of the employees would e-mailed me the right manual for this radio but never did when I called back he told me he was gone for the day and would not be back until Monday I had talked with this person early in the day and he assured me I would get this e-mail today. My complaint is how they conduct their business I think is horrible.Desired Settlement: I think the employee in shipping should be talked to about his conduct on treating customers with respect and not hanging up the phone when all I am trying to do is get to the part that was missing from this order.
