Our customer did order a hypnotherapy CD as described in her
complaint, however, she is very misguided as to our intentions of traveling from state to state collecting the $fee from 'large groups of people'In reality, we offered this product/service at only two events and sold a total of five (5) CD's for gross sales of just $before we determined that it was going to be a logistical nightmareUnfortunately, the complainant got caught up in what we can best term an unsuccessful trial and we extend our sincere apologies to her for the poor way in which this situation was handled
We have reissued refund check #*** dated March 28, in the amount of Sunder separate cover as a full refund of the purchase price
Again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience our customer has experiencedWe have performed for thousands at events including high schools, colleges, fairs/festival, and corporations and have never had a complaintWe feel this is testament to the high regard of customer satisfaction that we try to live up to every day Please feel free to contact me at the number listed below should you have any questions

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID[redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.The business did send me the refund as he stated in his response. I received it on Wednesday April 9th. I will now consider this complaint resolved. All I wanted was my money back, and until submitting this complaint I was getting no where. To me, that was just completely unacceptable.I did originally make every effort that I could to peacefully resolve this issue without submitting a complaint. I now have my money back and therefore I have no further problems with this company. Thank you.
