Item was ordered on 12-11-18 was supposed to be 6-8 day shipping. Item wasnt sent until 12-14-18 and not delivered until 12-27-18. I have contacted the company many times with no response, I did not need this item since it was not delivered in a timely matter.

Sent them what they needed, they issued a refund through *** was supposed to get it thr 11th and didn't. Contacted *** and they cant get the money from their account. So still no redund!! Worst company ever.

In regard to your situation, as you purchased this product through an internet marketplace in which we do not supply product directly to, there is nothing we can do. We do not supply any product directly to *** nor are we involved in the sales transaction between you and them. Hence there is nothing we can do in regard to a refund or have any liability for what you have received. It is very much a buyer beware with certain marketplaces.
Having said that we are not about to leave you high and dry as you are still a loyal *** customer and wish to keep it that way. We will be very happy to provide you with a *** coupon for a discount that can be redeemed on our website for either additional product or accessories.

The product doesn't work as advertised. I've contacted customer care to troubleshoot but they won't replace it
The *** plus was purchased for me *** on December 27 2017 and I received it on December 31st 2017. I went to sync the Bluetooth and it wasn't detected. I've had this product before *** took it. It was the exact same model and I have the exact same phone. I went through all the troubleshooting steps before contacting customer care. The replied January 2nd 2018 and I followed their instructions but it still wouldn't work. I tried to contact them again on February 3rd, they replied with more troubleshooting on Feb 6, I responded Feb 10th but received no reply. I emailed them again on March 10th, still no reply. They finally reply on March 29th after I submitted another *** request along me to go through the troubleshooting again. I did and it still won't sync. I replied on April 1st that we've been through this already. They reply April 2nd that my phone must not be compatible and that compatibility isn't guaranteed. This device has worked with my phone before there's no reason it shouldn't work now.

We recently had contact with the care team from Standard Innovation Corp regarding a shipping error. I contacted their CARE team directly and had complete resolution and product support within a few hours of my inquiry. I have never had better service from anyone then I received from this company.
