August 2, 2015Dear [redacted] :I am writing this letter to you concerning complaint # [redacted] against our company, W&P Dado Air Conditioning LlcI spoke to the homeowner's wife, [redacted] , and apologized to her, though the problem originated with their home warranty insurance, [redacted] (***), not with ours.On August 03, we diagnosed their systemLater in the evening we sent the report to their Insurance, using their express portal system and providing them with the correct Model and Serial numbers of the unitOn August we received an email from [redacted] ( [redacted] ) that the parts were being orderedOn August we went to pick up the parts from [redacted] when we got word that they were available at the storeIt was the wrong order, Either [redacted] ordered the wrong parts or [redacted] made a mistakeThe same day, we called [redacted] to have them correct the orderAugust 19, [redacted] issued us, via email, another ETA; August But the homeowner has already had a private company to perform the repair.We are refunding the homeowner their deductible of $100,Our check number is ***, A copy of this lefter will be mailed out to them also.On our side we did all we were supposed to do on a timely manner for [redacted] ; unfortunately we could not have prevented the delayBest Regards, Wladimir PPresident

On August 13 we went to pick up the parts from [redacted] when we got word that they were available at the store. It was the wrong order, Either [redacted] ordered the wrong parts or [redacted] made a mistake. The same day, we called [redacted] to have them correct the order.
August 19, [redacted] issued us, via email, another ETA; August 21. But the homeowner has already had a private company to perform the repair.We are refunding the homeowner their deductible of $100,00. Our check number is [redacted], A copy of this lefter will be mailed out to them also.On our side we did all we were supposed to do on a timely manner for [redacted]; unfortunately we could not have prevented the delay.
