This letter is in reference to Revdex.com complaint ID initiated by Terri DanielWP Group LLC official response follows:Client contacted WP Group initially on October 27, Before contacting WP Group, Client signed a Terms of Service giving WP Group Limited Power of Attorney to contact various banks on behalf of clients company and also agreed to pay WP Group "$3,or 3% of approval amount".On December 30, 2016, WP Group submitted applications on behalf of Client, this process continued for two monthsAt the end of two months, Client had $160,in Business Credit.From February to March 2017, Client charged approximately $25,on her Sam's Club MasterCard and Amazon Corporate Line of CreditClient was warned three times not to do this as it interfered with the application process and jeopardized future approvalsClient ignored these warnings and continued to charge up her credit cardsAs a result, Client had her Home Depot Commercial Account shut down.In March 2017, WP Group finished the application process for ClientWP Group obtained $160,in Business Lines of Credit for Client's CompanyClient was billed $by WP Group for services renderedClient chose to pay WP Group in gift cards, which were accepted by WP Group.On April 13, 2017, Client signed a release form, scanned and emailed said release form from Client's email address to WP GroupThe form released and held harmless WP Group, its employees, officers, agents, successors, and respective heirs any and all claims against al parties listed aboveClient's actions since that time are in blatant violation of Paragraphs 1-of said Release Agreement.On April 17, 2017, Client's boyfriend left a profanity-laced message on WP Group's voicemail in regards to the charges for serviceSeveral attempts were made by WP Group to contact Client to have a civil conversation regarding said charges, but client refused and sent an email asking to terminate all servicesSince that time, WP Group has received several emails from Client threatening to file a police report.In conclusion, WP Group was hired by Client to obtain business financing for Client's BusinessWP Group worked with Client for over months and billed Client $for services renderedClient was provided with a simple two-page contract written in 12-point font with all fees clearly statedClient signed this contract and in doing so, gave WP Group Limited Power of Attorney to negotiate financing with various banksWP Group feels that all services were rendered and Client was charged 3% as per contractClient chose to purchase gift cards to render payment to WP Group and payment was received in full.We at WP Group strive to provide the best possible service for our clients and stand by our workClient obtained financing she otherwise would not have been able to do on her own and benefited as a result of the financingThus, WP Group will not be able to issue any refunds at this time.Best Regards,J [redacted] , PresidentWP Group LLC
