On December 12, a check number for $11,was written to WPI for the replacement of the roofing material, shinglesShortly after the installation, shingles came loose and began to fallI asked *** to correct the problemNo responseThey did a terrible job and have not corrected the problem after many calls.In addition they removed the barriers (and did not replcae)in the eaves which kept out animals, birds, etc*** visited the house and listened to my complaint but took no actionOne of his salesmen visited the house in and viewed the results but did not respond either
*** when contacted said that WPI used the wrong type of shingle and an incorrect method of installation

*** ***, used our water for a property he was building next door to us for consecutive days without reimbursement
Mr*** continued to use our water to mix with concrete and said he would pay us the difference on our water billHe never followed through, but went to the other neighbor's house to use their water insteadAlso now, there is continuous water flow, now that the house is built, onto our property when it rains, and well after the rain has stoppedHe assured us he would "make it right" after the construction was completeRecently, when attempting to get the issue resolved professionally, he chooses not to relate in a professional manner which has been documented
