I placed an order for 3 of the Sharper Image Weighted Heating Pads that were shown on your Steals and Deals segment in November 2020. I waited almost 4 weeks before receiving a cheap substitute (see attached pictures). Needless to say I was very upset and disappointed since I was planning on giving them as Christmas gifts. When I emailed Steals and Deals they told me that “I must have been redirected to another vendor”? and they are not responsible. I explained that I called THEIR number and it wasn’t my fault they redirected me. I feel this was a bait and switch tactic. They show one product and then replace it with cheap, inferior knockoffs. I am letting everyone on social media to be aware and NOT to fall for this. To say that I am extremely upset and disappointed is an understatement. WPXI should be held accountable for what they are promoting to make sure their viewers are not getting ripped off!

Something I think people who use Fios should know look on their bill they are being charged for sports network channel when there is no sports since March I called about it all they would do is redo my bill gave me a lower package that saved me about 15.00 good thing was the lady I spoke to understood but she just worked for Verizon and not much she could help with. Just putting something out there people should know. Give them a call can't hurt.

I just ordered a few things on line paint brushes, make-up, antacids, razors, a toothbrush holder and 1 new toothbrush for my husband who is a very high risk person. I am trying to do right thing and stay home. I was told that they would not deliver the toothbrush which by the way is up to $7.00 dollars for one. I would have to fill out a form, saying who was picking it up, and you only had 4 days to get it. I know there are limit's are certain items and I understand that. What do you think is safer for my husband to keep using his old one or for me (who is also high risk but not as bad) and stand in line to pay for 1 yes I toothbrush catch the virus and kill both of us.

Review: I bought a gift certificate on WPXI's just pay half website for [redacted]. I paid $50 for a $250 gift certificate for the [redacted] on [redacted] Road. The certificate states it is good for anything besides [redacted], and cannot be used on previous purchases or with any other coupon offers. I went to [redacted] and I picked out a mattress over $1,000. When I went to pay and use this certificate, the store manager, [redacted] or [redacted] (I can't remember which) flat out refused to accept this certificate. He told me that per the certificate requirements, I had to show it to him as soon as I walked in the store (nowhere does it say this on the certificate), and he also told me that I was "already getting a good price", so he would not let me use this. He told me I would "absolutely be able to get a full refund" for my gift certificate since he refused to honor it. I put in a refund request with WPXI the next day, and I have not gotten any response back from them at all. I contacted them a 2nd time to find out why I didn't get a response, and still no answer at all.Desired Settlement: I was promised a refund by [redacted], so I would like a refund. They will not let me use this gift certificate, and I already paid for my mattress. If they have a problem with giving me a refund, then they need to take it up with [redacted] as to why they are promising customers refunds when they refuse to honor the certificate. As a customer, that is not my fault. I just want the refund that was promised to me. An apology for ignoring me would be nice too.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I would like to note that my complaint was ignored for multiple days before I opened this complaint. After contacting the Revdex.com, I received an email stating I would receive an email within 4 hours. It's a shame I had to go to such measures to get a response, but at least I got one.

Review: WPXI Just Pay Half was supposed to charge my card half.I was charged $50 for 2 vouchers instead of $12.5o each.I printed the 2 vouchers, but realized my [redacted] card was charged $50.I immediately called and went on WPXIHalf's website requesting a full refund.Ive sent at least 3-4 messages from their support page requesting refund.Ive left 3-4 messages on their 866 number since Oct 2013.Ive not had any replys from them at all.They continue to solicit my email with more offers!I thought I coukld trust a TV station named site: WPXII just want my refund, it's been over 2 months of my money & time lost!Thank you,[redacted]Desired Settlement: Full $50 refund.
