They have been nothing but terrible since we moved inMoney hungry and we have only had one nice maintenance guy! We have had a huge case of black mold and they are stallig to even come clean itWe are borderline of contacting a lawyer to get out of our leaseDon't ever come here! Not worth it!

In regards to complaint number[redacted]:
According to the purchaser’s complaint, this "property had a hidden defect." The purchaser had home inspected by a licensed home inspector prior to purchasing. Home inspections...

are limited to visual inspections of property. The "hidden defect" was discovered by purchaser only after closing on home when purchaser removed the sheetrock wall which was in front of (hiding) the damaged wall. This home was purchased in "As Is" condition - no repairs by seller. In fact, the parties signed an addendum to the contract of sale at closing which states:
"In lieu of repairs to the property paid for by the seller prior to closing, seller hereby agrees to provide a credit on the HUD in the amount of $5500.00 to buyer for such repairs as needed thereafter.
The amount of $5500.00 is a lump sum credit and is considered final and binding on the parties. Any repairs undertaken in the future or whose costs exceed the scope of $5500.00 shall be borne solely by the buyer.
Seller and Buyer hereby agree and pledge to hold any and all brokers and their respective agents and employees harmless for any defect or injury arising from the respective repairs being made with regards to the credit given at closing."

Our office has been in contact with the resident. Once the proof of finalized bills were submitted to the office, the deposit check was mailed to the forwarding address provided by the resident in a timely manner. Once our office was notified that the resident did not receive the check, we have...

worked with the resident to void payment and submit a new check.  We were unaware the resident did not receive the check until they contacted the office.   Cobblestone Crossings Apartment Management
