The customer came to ship a TV 9/12/ The customer brought her own box in and it was pack by her, as you see from the box We do not pack in TV boxes We use brown corrugated box from Uline we don't use news paper as packing at all
The customer was asked if she want insurance
she said no the shipping slip will show you there was none purchased The customer did not contact me any more until she asked has the check come yet The customer had another lady from *** call me to tell me she was handling it for the customer This lady went on to tell about the TV had gotten damage and the price of it I informed her that there was no extra insurance on the package and that she would be getting the $that comes with all *** shipments, she got loud about how much the TV cost I put the phone down until she got through I picked the phone back up and told her I would file the claim on it She gave me her phone #
She brought by the paper work on the tv She called back stating she had talked the a *** at *** who told her she could dispute the amount and get the $ thats not true if you don't purchase insurance you don't get it We called the # she gave us when she shipped the pack and it was not in service *** The pictures and the shipping slip is enclosed

Review: ordered toner from [redacted] had it come to this company. I check web site to see if delivered. it was on wednesday may 6th. I called Saturday may 9 and the woman said yes it was delivered but they returned the package for I did not call them and let them know I had package coming and there was no information.... no name....no phone number.

I had my name and phone number on the package when I ordered the toner. she just refused to LOOK

not I am having to go through the headache of finding my package and having it sent to me.

not a happy camper right now and will not be using this company and will make sure everyone I know will be told what a crappy place this is.Desired Settlement: would like my package delivered so I can get on with my business.

The package was not delivered to our store it was delivered to [redacted] To the Pharmacy they called us and said a package was there with our store name, we are at [redacted]. we drove down there the next day and pick up the package it had a name on it but no phone # we looked in our system to see if the name was there it was not we looked in the phone book it was not there. We sent it back on Friday. She never contact us about having a package sent or during the time that package was in transit. She didn't see the package so how can she say what was on the package. When people have packages sent to us they call and let us know that one is coming, there is a fee for receiving packages, you don't even call to see if there is a fee or how much it is.[redacted]

My Name AND phone number was on the package label. Unfortunately I threw it away. When I called [redacted] immediately following my call to Wrap and Mail, she was able to look up my tracking number and there was my label WITH MY NAME AND PHONE NUMBER. The woman at the Wrap place could have done the same.I was not aware you had to call and tell people you had a package to be delivered. I assumed if you put your name and phone number on the shipping label they would know to call you. As for the address, that was my mistake. I put south instead of north. No big deal. This is a small town.As for their comment about my doing this because I did want to pay was mean! I know you have to pay for services. They will never be used by me again and I made sure everyone knows about their unprofessional ways. I wish I had not threw the label away. [redacted] went above and beyond in helping me receive my package. They get a 5 Star from me. Regards,

Review: I am filing a complaint between Wrap Pack Mail located in [redacted] The incident occurred shortly after I had purchased my television off of [redacted] layaway. I had my television for about six months when my picture went out and all that was left was sound. I did call the company and it was still under warranty. The company advised me to ship the television back and they would send me a new one. I went to Wrap Pack Mail to ship it through [redacted]. My customer service from the female owner was not very appreciated but I decided to ship it through them anyway. When asked how to ship this item she gave me a box, wrap, and paper so I proceeded to wrap it myself. No one told me I could take out extra insurance on this package. Soon after my package had been shipped I received a phone call from the television company notifying me that my television screen had been cracked. They

proceeded to tell me they could not send me a new one because of the damages through shipping. I called the office of [redacted] and talked to a guy named [redacted]. He told me that I would have to file a claim, so I did. When I filed the claim there was a misunderstanding that my television was only worth forty dollars when in fact it was worth four hundred dollars. Because of this miscommunication, the [redacted] advised me to call the [redacted] complaint department at ###-###-#### during the hours of 10am through 8pm. [redacted] complaint department asked me to go back to Wrap Pack Mail and they would send me some papers to fill out then send back. When I asked why the papers could not be sent directly to me, I was told that Wrap Pack Mail had to be the ones to send it back because they were the primary shipper. The Wrap Pack owner had previously told me that they were not responsible and could not do anything about it in exception to paying the hundred dollar automatic insurance fee carried by them and my money back from shipping. In my opinion, this is not fair to me and I still have not received any money back. When I called [redacted] again on October 22nd, 2014 they notified me my claim had been closed and my check had been sent to Wrap Pack Mail in [redacted]. I do not understand why the owner has not contacted me to let me know that they had received my check. I have had communication problems with her before but I was not aware that this would interfere with her doing her job. I am tired of arguing and need to know if you can help me resolve this issue. I have no television now and lack of funds to purchase a new one. I live by myself on a tight fixed income. It took me months to purchase this television and feel as though I am running out of luck. Please help!Desired Settlement: Other - see attached.
