Review: This company shipped an antique vase to me, and it arrived broken. I contact them because the package was insured for $100. I was told to send them pictures of the broken vase, which I emailed to them on 8/3/15. I was told I would need to send a receipt for the vase, explained vase was over 80 years old and a gift from a great aunt. I was told to send pictures of similar items, which I mailed to them with a letter on 8/12/15. As of today I have not received a response to my complaint to them.Desired Settlement: I would like them to send a compensation check for $100, to cover the insurance on this shipped item, to my mother (she shipped the vase to me). This is the first time I am hearing about this!!!!!!!!!!!!I own wrap and ship. Please contact me on my personal cell phone at [redacted] and I will take care of this issue.The employee is most likely just trying to get the shipper (Fed Ex or UPS) all the information they need to service the claim. That being said I can help in any way possible to make this right.We do our best to protect the customers items, and this upsets me that we failed in this instance.Thanks[redacted]
