Review: I purchased an ornamental aluminum fence for my residential property last Aug/Sept (2015), which included 1 year labor/workmanship warranty.

During the winter months due to the absence of foliage, we noticed a gap in the fence which renders it ineffective for the desired purpose (containing children and pets safely in our yard), and this goal was expressed from the outset.

Repeated attempts to contact Mr. Wray temporarily succeeded, wherein he agreed to perform corrective action and repairs when finally reached by phone. He requested two to three weeks lead time for scheduling and material acquisition. This was months ago. He now no longer responds to any method of contact, rendering my warranty and fence both practically speaking, useless.Desired Settlement: I would like for the gap to be closed with proper materials (cantilevered extension of the aluminum fence extended of sufficient length to fully close the existing gap.). This remedy was previously agreed verbally on the telephone by Mr. Wray and I would simply hope he will follow through promptly and honor our agreed remedy.
