Wreck - A - Mended

They did an EXCELLENT job on fixing my CarThe Employees are professional and very nice I would recommend them to any and everybody looking to get their car fixed right

In August of 2011 Wreck-A-Mended repaired our van after a tree fell on it at our home during the wind storm we had in [redacted]. After the first repairs we took it back to [redacted] and had several thing repaired that werent taken care of. He took care of them and he supplied a rental van for us at that time because it was there over site not to complete the van. We drove the van one day and went back to [redacted] because after going over a bump on 68 leaving his business the roof made rippling sound like it might come off, he stated that he would come drop off the rental van at our home the next Tuesday and drive it to see why it would make that sound. He never showed we make this arangement several times and still no show. My husband and I and all our kid went to see him because the roof making that sound and now the right side leaks. He came out we showed him the problems and he said didnt have rental to give us but come back next Monday and he will get it in. I did that he made an excuse that he no rental to give us. I have called him several times and he have made no effort to fix the problem. There is no excuse of this, we have a very large family and rely on our van as transportation. We paid him because he was suppose to fix the van completely, not return to us a half repaired van with a problem with roof and leaking.
