DrewThe original appointment took place on Saturday, February 24thThe customer contacted Wrench again on Wednesday, March 7th and spoke with customer service regarding her dissatisfaction with the service.Once this complaint was lodged the customer service agent escalated the issue for technical review by one of our Service Managers, BobBob continued to handle Ms***'s case from this point onHe reached out to her via phone to get a full understanding of her side of the issue and to explain Drew's process for testing and diagnosing her vehicleAfter this initial contact, there were several more calls placed to the customer in an attempt to hear and resolve her concerns.A final resolution was reached on April 24th, The customer agreed to settle the issue with a partial refund totaling $This was processed back to the payment card she had on file on April 24thThe customer has been provided a copy of this agreement in writing via email and has indicated that she is happy with the resolution.Please let us know if extra clarification is needed in this matter.
