First complaint was received by this office on July 7, 2016, Vendor responded and added freon. No call from tenant until July 27, 2016, 20 days later, reporting insufficient cooling. Tenant said he is typically home and provided 2 phone...
numbers. Vendor could not reach tenant or roommate with either of these two phone numbers, Vendor went to property and NO ONE was home and Vendor left a "tag & phone number" on the door. Two days later after not hearing from tenant, Vendor came to office and secured a key and went back to property and air conditioner is now working. Also, Tenant called at night about refrigerator not cooling sufficiently, a Vendor went out and refrigerator control was set on # 1, and should have been on # 9. Do not know why tenant put it on # 1.?
Good news is that air conditioning and refrigerator are both working as far as this company knows.
