I understand you was told that my card was declined but it showed wrestle crate taking the money off both times and I called the credit card company to make sure and it went through both times one time in feb and once in May but I never received those boxes And I have sent y'all a copy of the credit card statement for those times were it was taking off the card And as for an answer I have not gotten any thing or heard from them at all Thank you.

HelloOn 08/01/we shipped a crate to *** ***When they created their account they failed to include a house number in their shipping addressDue to their error the crate was returned to us on 08/09/Our support team received an email on 08/16/from them explaining the issue.The
issue we have is, we paid for shipping on 08/01/and because they put in wrong address it was returned to usIf we ship it again that would be us paying for shipping two times because of their mistakeOur support team has emailed them some options.Thanks*** ***

In the previous statement we provided tracking information for the crates she received as well as information showing that her card was declined and the service placed into an expired status.
