great job on repair

This was the worst experience of my life. I would not refer anyone to this body shop. My car was hit from the side causing my both driver and passenger [redacted] to be smashed in. WRG called me the next day and offered to fix my car, after they were so called done fixing the smashed in doors, when I went to pick up my car, I was locked out, the keys would no longer open my car doors then the indicator was on in the car telling me the doors where open when clearly they were close.I took the car back to WRG lefy my car again after the intial repair and yet in still to this day I can no longer lock my car doors or I [redacted] be lock out of car and the light is still on. The worst service ever...also its very hard to reach the owner or anyone in the office as they do not answer the phone. Please Please DO NOT take your car here, you have a better chance of a 5year old getting it right then these folks.

I have receive lots of attention from MS xxxxx and I am very satisfied with the work done to my 2002 Honda Civic. I would recommend WRG & Associates to any person that needs his/her car repair.

My car was vandalized in front of my house. After the police did a report someone from WRG and associates came to my house within the hour to off me a quote. My final price ended up being over $1000 less than any other quote I received! On top of that xxxxx was great with accommodating my work schedule so I could pick up my car after it was fixed. Great customer service and quality work

Had my truck repaired here. Front end and hood. They are very professional and curtious. Truck was promised back to me much quicker than anywhere else. xxxxx and xxxxx went above and beyond. I am extremely pleased and woul d recommend them.

They called me and said they were with my insurance company. Lie! They had a job to do that was supposed to take 5 days. After 23 days they said it was finished and all they fixed was the bumper and a light. Their excuse for why it took so long was they wanted to make sure it was safe to drive..... how do you allow me to drive off the lot with an alignment thats way off to the point where my tire is rubbing up against my truck? They're a half as body shop. Nobody in the back knows what they are doing and nobody in the front knows what they are talking about. Never I repeat NEVER let them even look at your car for too long. Most unprofessional thing I have ever been a part of.

They were the greatest and the service was excellent. The young lady that helped us through this process made it extremely much easier. I would bring my car back here any day!
