I’m so mad I can spit!!! I have NEVER been lied to so many times I’ve lost count. Buying a home is supposed to be a joyful experience.
I can list so many deceptions that I’ll run out of characters on this site.
Number 1. I’m fighting a cancer for which there is no cure. My MDs recommend that I get a house with a private pool. After shopping around I decided on WR. When I first met the sales rep Jennifer I told her straight up no pool, no deal and I want extreme privacy. She told me no worries she can accommodate both. After 4 months go buy I find out she never included the pool in the mortgage like she said she would. If I didn’t find out from the mortgage person I would of been ***. She had no intentions of telling me. Now I’ve got scramble to find a new lender.
2. After asking for a private lot she places the house so my bedroom will be right next to the neighbors patio. Not even 10 feet.
3. She promised me big discounts. I received none.
4. WR advertisement states the Sedona model sells for $319k I challenge anyone to find a house in their subdivision for that price.
Enough is enough of their lying. I checked *** reviews and *** yesterday and they have nothing but negative reviews . I should of checked them before getting involved with them. They’re calious and indifferent when I point out how they let me down.
