I am rejecting this response because:I have been told every month that they have an issue with all tennants being charges extra onto the rent because of the water/sewer problemI was told be a member in the *** *** that people are moving out because of this and they hope it's fixed soonEvery month it is the same thing, "We apologize and hopefully it's fixed soon." I should not be held responsible for a problem The *** is havingI live alone and I am away from my unit 80% of the week for workIt's impossible for me to use excessive amounts of water/sewer because I am not there The *** and WRH are not addressing the real issueI will continue to pay exorbitant amounts until they fix their problemIt is unacceptable that I'm held to pay for their problem *** in the *** *** tells me every month that she is sorry and hopes the problem is fixed soon The response talks about everything except the admitted problem that needs to be fixed Again, my request is to be released from my leasing contract without penalty or negative impact to my rental history so that I may move on to a better company with better business practicesThis is insane!!

While it is practice, according to the lease contract, that a late fee is assessed if payment is not made by no later than the 4th of each month, given there was confusion
regarding payment of your final month’s rent, we will agree to back out that charge
Our goal is to provide an excellent customer experience, and are glad that we’re almost always successful in that effort.

I am rejecting this response because:I understand the application was approved, however the applicant and I were never advised to sign the lease to make the acompleteShould we have known there was an extra step which involved the applicant actually signing onto the lease, the applicant of course would have signed the lease, that was the whole point of doing all of thisThe *** ***, *** *** failed to complete her jobOnce we were notified that the applicant was approved, we were never advised to come in and physically sign the new applicant onto the lease, which is the reasoning of this complaintIt was not until months later that we found out (on our own) that the applicant was never added The apartment *** never contacted us again or followed up with us, in regards of getting the applicant to sign the lease, therefore we assumed the awas completeSince the process required a sign on, the *** should have made that very clear, which failed to happen*** *** advised that the application was approved and that was all, she never once told us after it being approved that a sign off was necessary, nor was it ever mentioned months down the roadSince the *** *** failed on giving basic instructions of adding a person to the lease, we would like our money backAs a ***, we feel like it is her job to keep up with these kinds of things and advise residents of the proper steps to take in certain situations like these, that is what she is supposed to be there forWe should not have to assume things which are apart of a ***'s job.

The residents failed to sign the actual lease which is why the additional applicant was not added to the lease. I am rejecting this response because:I understand the application was approved, however the applicant and I were never advised to sign the lease to make the add-on complete. Should we have known there was an extra step which involved the applicant actually signing onto the lease, the applicant of course would have signed the lease, that was the whole point of doing all of this. The [redacted], [redacted] failed to complete her job. Once we were notified that the applicant was approved, we were never advised to come in and physically sign the new applicant onto the lease, which is the reasoning of this complaint. It was not until months later that we found out (on our own)  that the applicant was never added . The apartment [redacted] never contacted us again or followed up with us, in regards of getting the applicant to sign the lease, therefore we assumed the add-on was complete. [redacted]Revdex.com of NE Florida Linda…we’ve just received complaint #[redacted].  The complainant, [redacted], states that she is unhappy because she is charged a different rent amount each month.  That isn’t the case.  The amount of rent charged each month is the same as stated in the lease contract.  However, what does vary, is the amount of utility expense that is billed each month.  Each resident at our community is responsible for his or her portion of the utility expense, as explained in the utility addendum.  This amount can vary each month and our residents receive an itemized monthly bill. I hope this helps clear any misunderstanding, but please do let us know what else you may need. Best Regards   [redacted]WRH Realty Services, Inc.[redacted]
