We did go to Mrs [redacted] home under a cash on delivery work order sent to us from [redacted] The Refrigerator was diagnosed as a sealed system that is covered under the manufacturer warranty for five yearsHowever the dollars is the service fee (trip fee) for our diagnosesWe did not get into the sealed system because the tech we sent out was not certified to work on sealed systemsWe called [redacted] five times in three days and on hold for hours trying to get them to send a company out to repair her refrigeratorThe tech we have that does sealed system work is on vacation till August 15thI explained to her we could do the job but it would be after the 15thWe are a small business and only have one tech in that market area to do sealed systemsI will gladly refund her if that resolves the issueWe have still not heard from [redacted] on this issue after numerous calls to them
