To whom it may concern:This complaint stated that they had ordered an angel online, and never received itThe original order lacked the dates that were necessary to complete the angel (date of birth and death)Originally it had fallen through the cracks as we had just switched over to Microsoft and the email was either directed to junk or clutter without us catching itThe orders from our website come to us from the web provider as an emailOur office manager was in contact with this person - and got it straightened out and mailed the angel on July 18th (it had been ordered on July Apparently, the complainant never received it, but none of us have any record of her calling or emailing about it until this better business complaint showed upAs soon as I received the complaint from the complainant (on a Sunday morning) I forwarded it to our office manager who came directly in to the office and put together the response to her which she forwarded to me and I have printed out and attached to this faxWe strive to completely satisfy every customer we have and are chagrined to have this situationI think by immediately refunding her money, as well as providing her with another angel, we have done the best we can to resolve this situationPlease let me know that you have received this response [redacted] Wright, President, Wright Funeral Home

The orders from our website come to us from the web provider as an email. Our office manager was in contact with this person - and got it straightened out and mailed the angel on July 18th (it had been ordered on July 5. Apparently, the complainant never received it, but none of us have any record of her calling or emailing about it until this better business complaint showed up. As soon as I received the complaint from the complainant (on a Sunday morning) I forwarded it to our office manager who came directly in to the office and put together the response to her which she forwarded to me and I have printed out and attached to this fax. We strive to completely satisfy every customer we have and are chagrined to have this situation.
