On 10/4/we (Overhead Door of Clovis), responded to a call of a roller has come offWhen we arrived at customers home, we noticed the door was off of its tracksWe had taken pictures of the damage including the hole in front of the door to where something with a lot of force pushed the door
off of its tracksI (Mark S***) called Mr*** *** to inform him of the damage and gave him a price to replace the panels that have been damagedAfter going to home a second time I noticed the hole had been patchedAnd for the reason of as to why there is no warranty is, the door was hit with a great forceThe hole resembled a pipe had produded the hole in the door

Per our conversation this matter has already been addressed by General Manager Kirk L***, and District Manager Mike P***, and one of our Technicians Shonta H*** we personally visited the customers home and addressed every issue with Mr***.We have scheduled an annual service call at no
charge and had our tech service the door and make any changes to Mr***s satisfaction, we informed Mr*** if he had any other issues to contact our office so that we may have one of our technicians go out and take a look at the door
