Review: I purchased a 2009 Buick Lucerne on Saturday, March 15, 2014, with 29,000 miles on it from Wright Buick in Beaver, Pa. which is about 50+ miles from my home (found it on the Internet). The very first day it rained traveling from work after the purchase was Wednesday, March 19. Imagine my surprise when I turned the wipers on, only to see there was NO WIPER BLADE on the driver's side! So I had a frightening 17-mile trip home. On the way, I called my salesman, [redacted], (who was leaving their employ on March 28th) and he said if I would go to an [redacted] and send in the receipt, they would reimburse me.The guy at [redacted] found the broken wiper blade in the trough at the bottom of the window. I did also purchase a passenger's side wiper (and the guy found that the protective shield on that blade had never been removed). On March 20, I mailed off my receipt to Wright's, as my salesman had instructed, but it is now two weeks later and no check has arrived. I am left to believe that since my salesman is "out of sight-out of mind" and I live so far away, they don't want to honor the promise he made.Desired Settlement: At the very least, refund the small amount of $21.19 for the driver's side blade--and perhaps even reimburse me for the passenger's side also.

Review: a truck that I was interested in buying on wright automotive for MRSP of 46180 with incentives asking 41838 without the supplier discount. I took the vin and stock number to the sales agent at the dealer and asked for that specific truck. I loved the truck and wanted to start the process to buy it when they told me the price of the truck was 62900. I showed them their website and told me they could not honor that price it was a misprint and blamed it on corporate. They told me that they would call me later to see what they can offer us for this truck but no one has called us back and the advertisement is still on the website. VIN # [redacted] Sierra 1500 Onyx Black.Desired Settlement: I would like the truck for the advertised price of 41838 and add my suppliers discount as advertised.
