To Whom It May Concern: *** *** gave his -day notice on May 19, I told him at this time that his lease did not end until July 31, and he would be breaking his leaseI also told him we would diligently find a tenant so he did not have to pay for July rent, which we didHe
complained about mold in the bathroom and each time we sent out our maintenance crew and they could not find any moldThey advised the tenants to open the window when they took a bath or showerI am truly sorry his son was sick but it was not due to this homeOn my last visit their son told me that "they bought a new house"I asked the tenant and she said they were "looking at homes"I am sure that the *** bought a home and wanted out of their leaseThe cleaning company that cleaned the home when they moved in also cleaned it when they moved outThe carpets all needed cleaningThe move out included a $move out fee that is on their leaseTo replace two heater filters, which tenants are responsible forTo rehang the bifold doors which the tenants had put in the garage and to move the washer and dryer that the tenants had moved back to its original spot and supply a new cord for the dryer which was missingI also charged them to clean up the weeds in the front and the back that they did not take care of and to mow before the new tenants moved inI am sorry the *** are not happy with the charges but we have to make the house the way that they moved into it for the next tenants We did get the home rented on July 1, 2015, so the tenants did not have to pay rentI know some companies keep the entire deposit when someone breaks their lease but we only charge a 45% of one month's rent, which is also in the leaseAny questions, please contact our office at 344-

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The response from the Wright Property Management is unacceptable because they do not address the points presented in the initial complaint.  The response included pointless comments about me purchasing a house.  Yes I purchased a house, and I directly told Camielle at Wright Property Management that I was purchasing a house.  Specifically I told her that the house we were then purchasing was being purchased through the reality company at which [redacted] is affiliated.
The fact that I bought a house bares no claim on the complaints submitted.  The 45% charge on my deposit was the penalty for breaking the lease early.  The 45% charge was not disputed in the complaint. 
The first time we asked them to come clean the mold they also ended up changing our air filters.  They then proceeded to send me a bill.  The bill had 2 charges on it.  One for cleaning mold.  The second for the air filters.  At that time they only asked that I pay the air filters charge.  The response from the business appears to deny the charges on this bill since they claim that there was never any mold on the property.
The only acceptable resolution will be to refund the monies described in the initial complaint.Regards,[redacted]
