Regardless of the pictures the manufacturer ICI sent (which I was not copied so I can not comment), I DID PURCHASE the product made from ICI (FBM25TYN-RT) on 11/25/and it was shipped directly to me.The crate/package which the product arrived at my home did NOT have the original UPC Label on itThis does not mean I did not purchase the product from ICIIt only means my product arrived at my home WITHOUT the UPC label.This should not permit ICI to not pay the CASH REWARDS ($100.00) that I am entitled to.I know now as per ICI dealer's phone conversation on 1/15/the UPC code: *** and I communicated it to ICI (MRNATAN), but he still refuse to pay the cash rewards.I can NOT generate a UPC Label if I do NOT have one.ICI and this Entity should consider that the UPC label could have been lost during transportation from ICI warehouse into my homeIn this very possible scenario, the consumer should not be penalized since he (MR*** ***) can PROVE the PRODUCT was purchased within the Cash Rewards program timeline

As stated in the response letter, ICI takes photographs of all LTL shipments for our records in case of damage to product or customer claims product missing, etc. In this case, 2 there are 2 pictures clearly showing the label with UPC Code.
