HiMy name is *** ***, answering the request of the problem with Mr*** ***, about the problem with his carWe have the policy of free estimates but as we charge nothing we keep the right to tell the client what the problem is until they authorize us to fix it is when we tell them exactly
what the problem isFor the reason that many people just want to know which one is the problem for them after they fix for that is the reason that the diagnosis is free because if the customer pays even if it is a dollar he has the right to know why he is payingwith Mr*** he had already tried to fix his car on his own and he could not, we saw that I installed several new parts but that was not the problem, he gave the authorization to fix the car as we are going to fix it without his authorization, He wanted us to tell him what the problem was for fixing itWe had a problem beforeI still asked him if he did not want to fix it, there was no problem but he gave authorization but I was not satisfied because he was looking for any pretenses to say that his car was not fixed, after we delivered it as a week I left it for days and we handle it and never manifest the same symptomsSo when he called me the last time in an aggressive way asking me to return his money without paying me the rest he owed I told him I needed to bring him to check it, the problem of everything is that Mr*** from the beginning did not want pay I can not force anyone to be a job is the client's decisionThank you

[redacted], I have just read the response from the business and I agree to it. But as of today, 20 Oct. 2015, the business has not paid me the money yet. After I talked to u on the 14th of Oct. 2015, I thought that the business had ignored you. It is now after hours, but I will call u tomorrow during regular hours.
