Wirghtscapes serviced my lawn for over 5 years. In the last two years, the quality of the service is horrible. They have destroyed the skirting around my mobile home with their grass cutting tools- more than once. I had the skirting repaired and it cost me $700.00. Within two weeks the skirting was full of holes again. I complained to them and they repaired some of the panels. However, after the next cut it was full of holes again! They gouged a hole in the sprinkler system with their grass cutting tools. and it leaked several weeks before I noticed it. Although they did pay for the repair, the next month they sent out a letter stating that they are not responsible for damages to my property!
I just sent them another e-mail stating that they forgot to cut my lawn this month. I received a response that they are no longer cutting my lawn. There was no notification that they had stopped the service.
