I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me He did fix the attic fan properly, however still unhappy with the missing propertyHe did say he wld be on the lookout for themI wld like for him to take away from the price for the missing items Regards, [redacted]

this was a job done out of charity home owner had no money to pay for house to be repaired because he was a disabled vet and friend if the family I purchased a power vent and two other roof vents that cost over dollars and had a couple guys trying to earn some money go out and install them I had
no idea the way the guy installed the wiring and was under the impression it was done temporary until home owner could come up with some of the money to get home repaired they had severe problems with air born mold traveling throughout their home because they had no ventelation in their home again this was just temporary it solved their immediate problem then they contacted me via social media asking when I was going to come and finish the job they paid me dollars and nothing else I was trying to be kind because I own a charity called simple acts if kindness and did the major stuff in advance giving the home owner time to come up with the rest of the money this was a dollar job so remaining balance of dollars was still owed on completing the job I was then notified the day I got this complaint that a motorcycle helmet and two lounge chairs at some point in months has come up missing and I was accused of taking them this is totally I had nothing to do with anything coming up missing in their home this whole thing was done to try and help them because they were disabled I have since fixed the fan and wired it correctly and belive this problem has been resolved I'm sorry if something came up missing at their home I don't believe it had anything to do with me and my work
