I hired Wright to service my Furnace and AC unit prior to selling my homeThe individual that came to my house was not only rude and unprofessional, but he took advantage of my lack of knowledge and charged me for services that were completely unnecessaryIn looking at my bill (after the fact), I noticed that he had charged me $for "difficult water access"By "difficult water access" he was referring to the fact that he had to run my hose about feet to get to the AC unitHe never once told me that I was being charged for this "extra" workI would have gladly assisted him with pulling the hose around to the AC unit if he had told me that I was being charged for this! I am a single woman but believe me, I am plenty strong enough and capable to help with a hose for crying out loudGive me a break! Furthermore, he told me that my AC unit needed to be replaced (and was quick to quote me $4,to do this) when in fact, all it needed was some refrigerant added (as I later found out when I got a second opinion)AC is now fixed and working perfectlyIn summary, I am appauled at the level of service I received from this company and will make sure all my friends, family, co-workers, etcknow never to use this company for any of their HVAC needsBeware

I contracted with Wright Total Indoor Comfort, after receiving a very informative and candid estimate There was no pressure, no hard sell, just an honest explanation of what they could do to satisfy my needs for air-conditioning
The installers were prompt, considerate and took the time to explain what they intended to do They were very neat and laid drop cloths in my home to walk on They completed the work ahead of schedule even though I stopped their progress numerous times to ask them questions about their work and the equipment being installed Not once did they project anything other than a pleasant demeanor and a courteous reply Then before leaving they took the time to explain how everything worked and ensured I was happy with all they had done They even encouraged me to contact them if I came up with anymore questions or if anything was found by me that I was not satisfied with
This is an outstanding company that will do at least as much as they promise If you need AC service Wright is the company to use

I hired Wright to service my Furnace and AC unit prior to selling my home. The individual that came to my house was not only rude and unprofessional, but he took advantage of my lack of knowledge and charged me for services that were completely unnecessary. In looking at my bill (after the fact), I noticed that he had charged me $50 for "difficult water access". By "difficult water access" he was referring to the fact that he had to run my hose about 30 feet to get to the AC unit. He never once told me that I was being charged for this "extra" work. I would have gladly assisted him with pulling the hose around to the AC unit if he had told me that I was being charged for this! I am a single woman but believe me, I am plenty strong enough and capable to help with a hose for crying out loud. Give me a break! Furthermore, he told me that my AC unit needed to be replaced (and was quick to quote me $4,000 to do this) when in fact, all it needed was some refrigerant added (as I later found out when I got a second opinion). AC is now fixed and working perfectly. In summary, I am appauled at the level of service I received from this company and will make sure all my friends, family, co-workers, etc. know never to use this company for any of their HVAC needs. Beware.

From the minute [redacted], the sales person, walked through the door and explained the process of getting Air Conditioning we knew Wright Total Indoor Comfort was for us. The started a couple of days later around 9am. They were done by 3pm or so. They showed us how to set the thermostat and explained about the entire set up.
The electrician was quick with his part as well.
Wright considers you part of their family when you become a client. The office staff knows all the answers to any question you could ask about the unit, the price, and the installation process.
If you want Air Conditioning installed, call Wright. I had 3 other companies come over and none of them could match the price or were as knowledgeable. I give them an A+.

Someone got here in a very timely fashion. We are completely satisfied!

I bought another service contract last year for my heater. Called to get my yearly service done and on top of the maintenance fee that I agreed to, now they want me to pay another $75 trip charge just to come to my house. I never agreed to pay this additional charge and would like to be refunded the money I paid for the service contract. I will never use this company again and will not refer them to anyone ever again.

We had a new HVAC system installed by this Company. From the onset, it all went wrong. A failed installation inspection, followed by the discovery of a gas line that had been shut off and not turned back on. The water drains for the system leaked onto the floor and required replacement. This was followed by the end of the drain not being positioned properly thus dumping the water onto the floor. This discharge is acidic so the concrete has been damaged... With the onset of Winter, it was found that the exhaust piping was leaking it's water content onto the floor. This required the exhaust to be replaced. In that process, a hole was cut into the wall of the upstairs hallway and left in an unrepaired state. At this point, we asked for them to honor their published "It is right or it is free" warranty. Instead of honoring it, we were told that they would do that only if they removed the equipment. Attempting to live in an unheated home is not an option. The warranty is bogus.

I hired Wright to do a service to my furnace after reciev\ing a sales flyer in the mail. The repairman came in and did work on the furnace and left. I am a 64 year old woman whose husband works a lot. Later that night I noticed that the furnace had not come on since the repairman had left. when my husband got home he went and checked the furnace out. He discovered that the repairman had turned the flame sensor out of the flame and had disconnected the ignition circuit, it appears that he wanted to be called back out to do "more repairs." my husband called the service manager and was told he was unavailable and to leave a message. They never called back. Elderly beware.

Not happy! $20,000 for a ductless air conditioning system. One unit out of the five installed still not working correctly after 5 months. Calls requesting assistance not being returned despite their assurances that they would "make it right". I have used this company for years, but I am done.
