The worst experience ever. Nothing that was discussed was delivered. The casket spray was late, no one returns your calls until you have called them. Finally we asked for the remains to be sent over night, they weren't and the death certificate is an extra cost. We were told that if was included but it was not. I will NEVER recommend this place. Its worst than a server, once they are paid, there goes your customer service.

Any attempt to correct is too late, I mean you are only burying your loved one. Don't use them, you will regret it.
