We are in active communication about the storm doorWe agree that it needs to be fixed and we are willingWe have left several messages; we called the week prior to the complaint, the day before and even the day of the complaint to try and resolve this and make the job completeWe are very curious as to why you requested the help of the Revdex.com rather than return these calls and propose a solutionWe do everything with no money down and do not collect until you are happy Also, we were contracted to replace the Front Door, not the storm doorHome Depot delivered the storm doorWhen the installer arrived he was made to believe it was part of the agreement However, in reality we would have used a very different storm door that goes with the Front Door we installedIn addition the handle you purchased separately was not meant for that storm door you also purchasedThe Front Door we were contracted to do turned out greatThe issues listed are all from the storm door and its installation, which was not on the contract and does not come from the company We are going out, as scheduled, the day after we received the complaint to try to fix the storm doorSince our installer did attempt to install it we do not think its ethical for us to just leave it, even though it wasn’t supposed to be installedThe storm door may not be returnable because of the damage done to the storm door trying to make the handle fit We are willing to compensate you, the customer, if this ends up being the case Our goal is to make you completely happy, please just communicate with us and make an honest effort to resolve the issue before going to the Revdex.com

we tried to reach out to the customerThere are many companies that reach our to local neighbors to schedule free estimatesWe want to make certain this was one of our team membersIf so we are deeply apologetic and this should never happen
