customer was informed by sales manager and business manager that the vehicle they bought had been in an accident, vehicle was not salvage, the sales manager has offered to help trade them into another vehicle, and that we will still try to help them trade if they so desire, there was no complaint from them on this vehicle for nearly nine months after they bought it, Virginia dealer board has investigated this transaction and found no fault on dealers behalf, I state again that I will try to help them trade out of this vehicle if they contact me, thanks
