Review: Could not get owner to return phone calls they would have the tech return calls. The tech was to come mid month when ask, ask multiple times and only came once. Has been spaying 7 months with no reduction of bugs. Have called 4 or 5 times requesting to speak to owner. The tech calls us back when he is on of the completes we have for not coming. Called 9-16 again requesting to speak with owner and tech called 17th to come on the 19th. When he came told us he would completely understand if we stopped service, but he had brought something new to use. This is after 7 months of no results, contact or mid month spraying. We has lost 7 months of money and putting up with bugs to give them the benefit of the doubt.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund.

Review: On July 28 2011 I signed a contract with this company to take care of my home both inside and out, Later in the same year I noticed that I was starting to develope a bad mole problem. I ask them what I needed to do and they advised I would have to sign another contract for the mole problem. So I signed a $400.00 2-year guarantee for the moles on December 12, 2011. As of December 13, 2013 the mole proble has not been taken care of. They have treated 12 times in 2 years, in November of 2013 I had moles in my kitchen sink. The moles are confined to my yard The neighbors on both sides do not have them, it should have been like shooting fish in a barrel.I have tried to get the owner ([redacted]) to call me but he just gets a technician to call. On January 14, 2014 I wrote [redacted] a letter and advised him of all this and would appreciate an answer from him within 10 days. I told him I think he needs to refund my money due to the fact that his company has not taken care of the guarantee to get rid of the moles. Today is January 24, 2014 and he has not responded. It's like he does not have to answer to this.Desired Settlement: I think he needs to admit that he has not fulfilled the guarantee, because if he has not took care of the problem in 2 years there is no need for him to continue
