*** *** came to our dealership and asked if we help people with bad credit , we do have a couple lenders that we work
with and agreed to try and help her into a car She filled out her credit applicationWe had no lender that was willing to finance her , and we called one back and were able to talk them into giving her a chanceHer approval for the loan was based on her following through on all the documents and a welcome call with the lenderIf documentation and welcome call are not done within days they do not go ahead with the loan because it shows a lack of commitment and responsibility of the customerAfter *** *** signed her paperwork
The lender tried reaching her with the phone number she provided several times for her welcome callNot once did she call the dealership in that time about any issues with the Buick Lucerne Our sales lady finally reached her by phone and told her to make her welcome call again there was I mention of any car issues About minutes later the lender called the dealership and asked if she had called with any issues on the car because she had a list on the welcome call, and we replied no it's the first we are hearing about these issues.The lender said she failed her welcome call , and I talked them into again giving her another chance, I told the lender we would call the customer to address the issuess she discussed with them*** talked to our sales lady and was using profanity I then got on the phone and told her if there was issues With the car that she needed to bring it to the dealership so that we could have a mechanic look at it , she never showed up with the carThe following morning she was back to not answering our calls and we reached her again that afternoon and I explained to her that we only have days to get a mechanic to look at the car and address issues and get her welcome call done or they drop the loanAgain *** did not drop the car off at the dealershipThe next day e called *** and she kept saying she could not be left without a vehicle and we told her *** this is the 3rd day if you want these items addressed and fixed on this car it has to come back to go to the mechanic , she continued to argue and I told her if you want it fixed or if you don't and do not want to purchase it needs to be back at the dealership by close of business day , she again did not return the vehicle The following afternoon I was left no choice than to call our local police station , the lender was no longer interested in giving *** a loanThe police department found her and had her bring the car to the police department , she told the officers that we sold her a car with issues and I told her and the officer ps she yes had signed her paperwork and signed her As IS form and put her money down , and then she didn't call us with issues she told the lender on her welcome call we asked her to bring the vehicle in to dealership so that we could address and fix the issues she no showed daysThe lender the pulled her loanI never once told *** I would not refund her downpayment and I did in fact refund herThe officer actually explained to her that since she signed a contract and did not follow through with what was needed to be done that we didn't have to refund her and told her that she is lucky she didn't go somewhere else because they probably would not have after all the chasing after we had to doThe officer after *** kept wining and then wanted to keep the car had to tell her twice to give us the keysI got in the vehicle and the inside had been completely destroyed and was filthy , the seats were leather and were in good shape when she took the vehicle and now have scratches all over them like a dog scratched them There was also in the rear console a used women's feminine productWe tried everything we could to help *** , she did not want to follow steps , and would not let us fix the car There was no extra or unnecessary credit ran on her , she was only submitted to a couple of banks that handle challenged credit and we only have a couple banks we useIt may be all the shopping she did else where before coming to us and after .also the issue with the window was that she had the window locks on and the only mechanical issue the car needed was a speed sensor that we had fixed the day we got it back from her
