I ordered two Pandora Clips. They are brand new and a lot of stores didn't have them yet. The regular price is $35 each. I paid $19 each. They did take several days to get them, but they are beautiful and I am very happy with my purchase!
I found this website Jooweel.com that sells the original Pandora charms cheaper than most places,so I ordered 2 items, one of them was a charm holder to use for setting out the charms in order before putting them on the bracelet. I ordered on Feb 17thdidn't get any kind of update on the order and emailed them on Feb21st , telling them to cancel the order if it hadn't been shipped yet. They didn't respond until Feb 24th with some kind of BS that it was going to be shipped to their store and then shipped to me this week.
I responded"please cancel this order"since I was a little worried about the shipping to a store then shipped to me. It sounded like another 2 weeks.
I called my credit card company and they credited my account.
I got another notice from joowel informing me that if I still wanted to cancel the order (i emailed them 3 different times from feb 21st to yesterday to cancel the order) rhey were going to charge me $10.00.
I ordered a Pandora charm on May 10th, I did not hear back from them until May 18th. The web site said they were busy and to be patient. When they finally answered my email it was with tracking information that did not belong to me. they finally sent me a charm BUT it was not the one I ordered. I emailed them several times and they have not answered me. I now have a charm I do not want and no recourse.
I purchaesed several items on Feb 28, based on the website I was suppose tto receive my items wiht 7-10 days . I didnt receive a email until Mar 21 stating that my items are on hte way and that 2 items would be shipped seperate. I wasnt given an option to cancel nor was I told that item was possibly on back order. I sent an email on 04/5 regarding my items on 04/23 I request a refund but didnt get a response get a response until 05/17 with tracking # for the second shipment . I tried twice to get a return slip but no response.
