[redacted] contacted Write-On! Learning Center on Thursday , March ** for the first time since Summer Camp 2016. She asked my employee for the EIN number and was explained that a letter would be made out to her with the EIN number as well as payment information for the past summer camp...
2016. My employee also informed her that I, [redacted] as the founder was currently unavailable and would return to work the following week. [redacted] was explained that she would receive this letter after the holiday due to closure for Good Friday on Friday,March ** and the weekend. On Monday, March [redacted] reached out to the Learning Center again and was explained that I had not returned to work yet being that I am 9 months pregnant and had concerns to take care of. At this time [redacted] inquired about her tutoring sessions from the 2015 school year and was explained that tutoring sessions renew every school year. This was listed o n the registration form she signed at the time of registration. On Wednesday, March ** when I returned to work I reached out to my accountant and had her put [redacted]s Tax Return Letter together. The letter was readily available for pick up on Monday, April *. [redacted] never came to pick up her letter, she sent her daughters in with their father on Wednesday, April *. [redacted] was never denied EIN information by Write-On! Learning Center she was simply explained that she had to follow protocol like all other customers and had to wait for a letter listing all payment information. [redacted] also never contacted the learning center since her daughters were in Summer Camp, the last day being August ** In which is also never requested tax information. [redacted] has my direct contact information including contact number and email and never expressed her need for EIN information before March **, 2016. I did my absolute best to accommodate [redacted] needs regarding unforeseen circumstances in a timely manner.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that the letter provide is not entirely factual, however I was given the letter requested. Indeed, I had all contact information for [redacted], however my primary interaction was with her employees via phone. I cannot guarantee that information was disseminated accordingly but did receive my requested letter after several attempts. I was not explained that tutoring session renew every year. I was told I would be able to use them at my leisure. I gave advanced notice to Write On! Learning center regarding the need for documents prior to signing up for summer camp and gave a reminder during the last week of summer camp due to family court requests. I had requested letters before and had received them in a timely manner. This last incident, I was continuously told by staff that the message would be forward to [redacted]. I was detailed in informing the staff I would need this letter by a specific date and was told that it would not be available. I needed the letter prior to the instructed pick-up date. I was not able to pick the letter myself, therefore it was picked up by my former spouse. I was never informed that the letter was available prior to the instructed pick up date given by her staff. While I am satisfied with the summer camp and tutoring sessions used, it was unfortunate to experience this last incident including the inability to not be able to use the remaining paid tutoring sessions.
