This dishonesty is concerning when their site makes a 60 day money-back guarantee, yet gives no option to file for a refund on their site. Beyond this, they are almost what I expected. Considering they wanted one payment to use their service as a sort of "[redacted]" I would not go so far as to call them a scam.
