Hello,We have reviewed the complaint below, and at Storm Tight Windows we take all complaints very seriouslyWe strive to only provide the best customer service we can and to teach our agents the proper skills and attitude to serve the community in which we liveWe attempted to locate the number
given and take action to any or all parties involved and were not able to find the number in our systemWe will definitely take action and insure that this never happens again and make sure that this customer never hears from us again, however, we have no way to find the callIn order to insure quality, we have a very sophisticated CRM and database control system which not only logs our calls, but records them as wellIf we could get the number that we called we will take it out of our database and take the appropriate actions with our customer service representatives and agents. To Whom it may concern: We at Storm Tight Windows strive to maintain integrity in everything we do. We continuously strive to help serve the community in which we live and work. We take all complaints seriously and are continuing to work with our department heads to maintain a good relationship...

with in our community and the all people in surrounding areas. We have addressed this situation with our marketing staff and have directed them to learn from experience's like this one. We apologize to Mrs. [redacted] and assure her that she has been removed from our data base and will not be called and,  appropriate actions have been taken with our staff.
