In process of booking my fly on *** justfly I read your cancelation would be free no mention any fee, time of cancelation or other condition or limited of cancelation ,or changing your itineraryAfter I finish my booking I read new rules on the same *** ,it is literal from justfly booking conformation: if your ticket allows for cancelation as minimum fee of $will be charge at the time of cancelationBut it had never was explained if your tickets are refundable ,instead you read in time of booking that cancelation is free, no explanation why in month before fly it is impossible to modify, or cancel trip I though it is fraud to change the rules in time of booking and not clear explanation of rules of cancelationWe tried to use rules of minimum$fee for cancellation, but it not working with this companyWe still hope on peaceful resolve of our issue
