I received word back from them, and they are sending me a new phone per my warranty (warrenty states, that if it can't fix it, they will replace it). Thank you for the attempted mediation.*** ***

12.8000001907349px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;">This is in response to a complaint from [redacted].  WSA have issued a check refund for this order in the amount of $33.99 on 4/16/15 which was sent via FedEx overnight with tracking#[redacted].  The order was initially processed using a credit card but [redacted] requested if he could get a check instead.  We had to wait for the returned product to be received in the warehouse before we were able to process and get approval of the check refund.

Review: I bought a cellular phone case back in 2014 that didn't fit, I asked to return it, they sent me a return number #[redacted], item was sent back usps with delivery confirmation, number #[redacted] shipped on 03/06/2015, item delivered on 03/09/2015 at 11:39 am to front reception desk, lady that I have been dealing with was [redacted] at extension [redacted], told me last month that check was sent, still dont have refund, now they will not return my calls after numerous messages left, they owe me $33.00 plus shipping and I want a full refund.Desired Settlement: Check sent as promised of 33.00 plus shipping

Review: I contacted my phone provider for information regarding on how to get it repaired. They contacted me back, giving me the appropriate contact information for WSA Distributing to get it fixed (or replaced if it can't be fixed). I proceed to contact them with the information given to me. Through email, I was in contact with [redacted] with the RMA Department who then, after taking my information (name, address, zip, etc), gave me the RMA# [redacted] to have it sent off for processing. On 6-01-2015, I had received my phone back through USPS Priority Mail 2-Day (USPS tracking # [redacted] 0070 64). Upon inspection, my phone has some visible damage to it (dings/scratches) that were not present on the phone when I had it sent off for repairs. Also, the initial repairs that I had the phone sent off for to get fixed (phone wasn't charging when plugged in), were not done. At all. Nothing. Was not repaired in anyway, shape or form. I've contacted WSA Distributing ([redacted] again) about the damages to it, and was told 'that's how we received it' when that was NOT the case. And when I asked her about WHY it wasn't fixed in the first place, I was told 'the damages are not covered under the warranty, so we don't have to it fix it'..... my phone provider SAYS that as long as the warranty is still active, ALL REPAIRS are covered under it, not just some. Please get them to do there damn job. Thanks.Desired Settlement: Either repair my phone, as per my warranty that SAYS it gets repaired OR replaced if it can't be repaired for some reason. No excuses... and no bt.
