I was introduced to this company by my partner ( A partner the development Officer Charles "Chip" S[redacted] states I didn't have). I was introduced to this company for funding on a few real estate deals in a popular neighborhood in Washington DC. We paid a fee to begin the file for closing on the selected property. The fee we paid with no problem, however now that the loan DIDNT close, I have to constantly request the refund. Let's Discuss why at this moment I am not closing, The property in question, was a short sale that I have had under contract for over a year. When It finally came to closing, the development officer Charles "Chip" S[redacted] working closely with my file, decided to address the parties ( Seller Agent & Title Co.) involved in a negative manner, the closing date continues to roll forward. Mr. Charles "Chip" S[redacted] knowing my personal file information, shares my information with the parties involved and denies talking with anyone. Basically my/ our situation, I needed to obtain the last bit of funding to close and the time it was taking. If that wasn't enough, then providing information to an Unrelated party ( Anot[redacted] Client of Walnut St). to come out and place a contract on both this particular project as well as one next door that we shared as anot[redacted] potential deal. We are out of the deal(s) and money.
