Friedman Law sent an attachment of what they claimed they worked on with my file after I filed this complain, to obviousI never received that information before handAlso I did cash the because I needed the funds to continue working on my modification with the attorneys office that I stated in the beginning was already working on my file to the respresentative friedman law had call me for a $credit card payment up frontAlso nowere written did it say that if I cashed the check for $that I excepting the loss of $Again if the respresentative had not stated they would give me a refund in the beginning I would have never gave my credit card information for an $retainer feeI am requesting a full refund of my $which includes the $that they are trying to keep and have not refunded yet.Thank You *** ***

*** *** did speak with our office, and after discussion, we agreed to reconcile her account and provide a refund for any and all portions unearned. We sent a check in the amount of $with a full breakdown of the work done on her file. Said check was mailed under *** tracking
number *** to be delivered today. I hope this resolves the complaint

Contrary to *** ***'s assertion, we included the breakdown with her check, not afterwards, and the check for the reconciled amount was sent expeditiously as soon as I returned from family vacation. Again, I think that under the circumstances, we did not do any thing untoward, and the moneys retained were only those for amounts earned

I have received the check for $1200.00, however I paid 1800.00. Again as I stated before there was no work done on my file that I witnessed. I was told doing the phone interview that you could not help me in my case, which was totally different from what I was told when I paid for the services. I was guaranteed that I would have a good outcome and if I was approved through another source that I would get a refund. I was truely mislead in this case. If I had known that your office could not help me I would have never gave you $1800.00 I look for to the additional funds rendered for services not done.  Thank You
