I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  I was promised the $95 APPLICATION fee refunded which was not mentioned in the response. I also no longer live at the address that they "have on file" (my home was flooded and is inhabitable)  which I informed Jennifer of, however it could easily be deduced that I have a new address from the fact that I was looking for apartments... I hope that the $40 ADMINISTRATION fee was sent by certified mail so that it can be returned.
